Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays). Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be offered, depending on current promotions, and will be indicated during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss & Ownership Transfer

Once your package is accepted by the shipping carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfers to you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit after they have been delivered to the address you provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery area (porches, bushes, etc.)
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  4. Wait 24-48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

For packages damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@thedeserttulip.comΒ with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Address Changes

Once an order is placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
