Product Questions
What are your clothes made of and how do they fit?
All of our clothing is made from high-quality fabrics for durability and comfort. To see the materials used, please see the details provided on each product page.
Finding your perfect fit is important to us! Our sizing follows standard US measurements. We recommend measuring yourself or a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our size charts. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do your shirts shrink after washing?
While our shirts are pre-shrunk, they may experience minimal shrinkage (about 1%) after the first wash. We account for this in our sizing charts. Follow our care instructions to maintain the best fit.
Orders & Checkout
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships which you can use to track your order.
You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking information at any time.
Where do I enter a coupon code?
You can enter your coupon code during checkout on the payment page. Look for the "Discount Code" field on the right-hand side of the screen just above the order totals.
If you're having trouble with a coupon, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, but act quickly! We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't entered production which starts soon after you place your order.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
You will! If you haven't received it yet, remember to check your spam folder.
If you're still having difficulty finding it, contact us with the email address you used for the order and we'll be happy to resend your confirmation or verify your order status.
Shipping
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We ship exclusively within the United States using USPS. Shipping rates vary based on the weight of your order as well as the destination.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with transit times typically ranging from 3-7 business days.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We're happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Standard shipping rates apply, though delivery times may vary.
What countries do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
